Account information (Name, Email) received from Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
Content you upload (Sheet music files, PDFs, or images)
Communications you send to our support team
Technical data (Device model, OS version, app usage logs)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Manage your account using Supabase Authentication
Store and retrieve your files using Supabase Storage
Process your uploaded sheet music to generate playable audio
Respond to support requests and send service updates
Improve app performance and detect security issues

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We use trusted third-party providers to operate Re-Hearse:

Supabase: Secured backend for database, storage, and authentication
Apple and Google: Authentication infrastructure

Privacy First We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active. You may delete individual files at any time.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account via App Settings. Upon deletion, all associated project data and profile information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures (including encryption in transit and at rest via Supabase) to protect your data.

However, as no method of transmission is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Re-Hearse is not intended for children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
