We may suspend or permanently terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
Re-Hearse integrates with third-party providers for services such as cloud storage (Supabase) and authentication (Apple/Google). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services. Your use of such integrations is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) total fees you have paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $50.00.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time. We may update these Terms periodically and will notify you of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is based, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Re-Hearse.
